The Assistant Facilities Manager will work alongside the Asset Manager to optimize energy usage and implement best practices across various facilities, ensuring efficient operations and coordinating with the on-site team.

Responsibilities
Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently
Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators
Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual
Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team
Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team
Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations
Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team
Qualification
Required
Wiliness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
0-2 years of experience
