Client Success & Operations Manager
Tharp Ventures is a marketing operating partner for wellness and DTC brands, helping founders scale through a cohesive system of paid media, creative, email, and CRO. They are seeking a Client Success & Operations Manager to ensure timely and organized delivery of services, connecting strategy, creative, media, and reporting while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for our portfolio of clients
Be able to run client calls, recap next steps, and ensure deliverables are clear
Anticipate client needs and communicate proactively
Oversee ClickUp boards, task timelines, and dependencies
Run internal ops syncs with the creative, email, and media teams
Manage workflow handoffs between departments — nothing slips through the cracks
QA deliverables before they reach the client
Audit existing workflows and build SOPs for recurring tasks
Identify inefficiencies and create automations (Slack alerts, ClickUp templates, etc.)
Contribute to building Tharp Ventures' "Marketing Operating System."
Qualification
Required
You've worked at a digital marketing agency before (2-5 years minimum)
You're fluent in performance marketing language (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, etc.)
You're obsessively organized — the type who color-codes ClickUp views for fun
You're ahead of the curve on AI-system build out (think N8N -> Airtable)
You're calm under pressure, diplomatic with clients, and love bringing clarity
You get dopamine from follow-through — closing loops is your superpower
You can think 3 steps ahead and prevent fires before they start
Preferred
Ideally, you enjoy agency life but are seeking higher-tier accounts to work on
