Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to resolve complex business and product challenges directly with the business, answering key questions and solving intricate problems through comprehensive data analysis of complex data sets, often using visuals to clarify findings
Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax, collaborating closely with the delivery team and Product Owner to ensure successful execution
Identify user and customer needs, recommending alternative methods to effectively meet those needs
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders, documenting outcomes in various artifacts such as process flows, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint visuals
Support roadmap creation, business architecture, and change management initiatives to drive ongoing improvement and organizational success
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of related product analysis experience with data focus
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Proven experience with data analysis tools and proficient in SQL to extract and analyze data from databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering through that lifecycle
Ability to lead small teams through discovery and execution and to work independently on self-initiated assignments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Preferred
Understanding of the mortgage industry
Ability to work with and manipulate large data sets
Data engineering and data management skills
Systems integration and change management experience
Enterprise level experience with business analysis and requirements gathering
