The role involves leading cross-functional projects focused on modernization, integration, and process enhancement across multiple business and technology workstreams.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across Lending, Loan Origination, or Payments workstreams
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and success metrics
Manage workstreams tied to loan origination technology, payments modernization, and process automation
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, product, and IT teams to drive timely execution
Oversee project governance, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Support regulatory readiness and process alignment across impacted teams
Prepare and present executive-level updates, including dashboards, summaries, and KPI reporting
Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure smooth implementation and minimal business disruption
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Project or Program Management experience, ideally within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech
Proven success managing projects in Lending, Loan Origination, or Payments
Strong understanding of process improvement, risk management, and governance
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Workday, etc.)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Preferred
Experience leading loan origination or payments modernization projects within a banking environment
Familiarity with core banking systems, treasury, or digital payment platforms
Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and influence without authority
Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
PMP certification preferred but not required
