Responsibilities
Serve as a functional manager of the Connectivity & Broadband Branch
Ensure the integrity, operations and performance of the Traffic Operations System Network (TOSNet)
Provide statewide technical direction, leadership, policy, guidance, and procedures for managing the TOSNet
Oversee uniform statewide OT methodologies, topologies, and system standards to ensure compliance with Department Information Technology (IT) and Security policies
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
Statement of qualifications (SOQ) required
The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12-point Arial font
Describe how you have built and strengthened partnerships with colleagues or external partners and the impact this has had on project outcomes
Describe how you have used critical thinking and innovation to resolve a problem and improve a process or product
Describe your experience with managing large, complex projects, including working with internal/external stakeholders, keeping timelines and budgets on track, and resolving project or budget issues
Detail your proficiency with preparing and delivering technical information (i.e., technical reports and presentations) verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
