Responsibilities

Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles targeting health plans and payers
Build and maintain strong relationships with COO, SVP/VP Member Services, Contact Center Leadership, Digital Transformation Leadership, and CIO/IT stakeholder groups
Lead discovery and value-based selling efforts tied to cost-to-serve, FCR improvements, compliance accuracy, and member experience metrics
Strategically navigate long-cycle enterprise procurement including security, legal, vendor management, and RFP processes
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams to scope integrations into payer core systems, CRM, and CCaaS/telephony platforms
Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting in CRM
Represent the solution at industry conferences, webinars, and enterprise account briefings

Required

7–12+ years enterprise software or solutions sales
4+ years selling into health plans / payers (Commercial / Medicare Advantage / Medicaid)
Demonstrated success selling contact center, member experience, automation, workflow, CX platforms, or digital front-door solutions
Experience engaging senior operational and digital transformation executives
Track record of closing $500K–$2M+ deal sizes with complex stakeholder environments
Strong value-proposition communication and business case development skills

Preferred

Background working with or selling solutions adjacent to: Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9, Talkdesk, Avaya, or other CCaaS platforms
Salesforce Service / Health Cloud or payer CRM modernization
Payer core systems (Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, etc.)
Existing network within payer CX / member services leadership
