Responsibilities

Assist in developing product strategies for our B2B cloud platforms under the guidance of senior technical product managers

Research industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to help create data-driven product recommendations

Learn about cloud computing technologies while supporting the technical product team in analyzing technical requirements and use cases

Help build and maintain business monitoring dashboards and contribute to improving operational efficiency

Participate in customer feedback sessions and market research, helping to identify and document key user requirements and technical needs

Collaborate with the business development (BD) teams, providing technical solution support for potential clients and partners to facilitate business opportunities

Participate in exploring and evaluating new technology partners and business opportunities, analyzing the feasibility of collaboration from a product and technical perspective

Required

Eager to learn about customer needs and use cases

Adaptable and open to feedback
