Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies—including app-based marketing, search, programmatic video, audio and display—to drive customer acquisition, meet growth targets, and support the specific goals of cross-functional stakeholders
Develop and manage creative pipeline including creative rotation plans, refresh and performance tracking, ensuring campaigns are running efficiently to maximize performance and impact
Analyze customer behaviour and weekly channel performance data to generate insights, develop testing hypotheses, and identify opportunities to scale, improve conversion rates, and accelerate revenue growth
Forecast and monitor key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on tracking budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment
Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns and optimization efforts across platforms, ensuring all projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with broader business objectives
Collaborate closely with teams across Jobber—including Customer Analytics, Sales, Creative, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing—to deliver integrated, results-driven initiatives
Provide regular updates, share performance insights, and communicate strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and the wider marketing team to guide ongoing planning and execution
Qualification
Required
An entrepreneurial outlook, plenty of motivation, and a passion for helping small businesses grow
Experience in performance marketing across paid and organic channels, such as search, social, app marketing, and programmatic video
Direct experience managing campaigns in ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and The Trade Desk
A growth-mindset and experience nurturing a consistent testing process and desire to launch and test new initiatives
A proven track record of effectively managing multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets
An ability to extract and action meaningful insights from business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, SEMrush, Tableau, Data Studio, Google Analytics, Power BI, Sigma, or Looker)
Experience partnering with Marketing Operations and Engineering teams to implement and maintain mobile tracking infrastructure, leveraging MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer) to ensure SDK integrations, event tracking, and attribution are accurate, reliable, and optimized for campaign performance
A demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate proactively
Self-motivation with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and learn quickly in a dynamic AI-enabled work environment
Excellent communication skills with a passion for using data to tell compelling stories to senior leadership
Preferred
Familiarity with B2B SaaS performance metrics and the dynamics of high-growth tech companies
An affinity for leveraging AI-led tools to enhance growth efficiency
BA in Business or Bachelor of Commerce degree
