St. Augustine Preparatory Academy is seeking current employees interested in transferring to different roles within the organization. This application process allows employees to apply for open positions across various campuses and departments while ensuring communication with their current manager.

If you are a current Aug Prep employee interested in transferring to a different role, use this application to begin the process

This includes transfers between campuses, transfers to different schools/departments on the same campus, as well as applying for different roles in the school/department which you already work in

Before completing this form to apply, it is important you speak with your current manager and let them know you are applying to another role

Please only apply for roles that are currently open on the 'available positions' page of the Aug Prep Website! We STRONGLY recommend submitting a transfer request within 2 weeks of the role being posted

You must submit a cover letter with the following items: Why are you interested in this role? What skills and experiences would you bring to the position? If hired, in what areas would you need support from your new manager?

After filling out this form, should you advance in the process, you will be required to interview

In addition, you may complete additional steps including but not limited to panel interviews, demonstration lessons, scenario completion and SLT interviews

Transfers do not necessarily mean additional pay--it will depend what role you are going to and what role you are coming from

In some cases, pay may even be decreased

The pay scale of North and South Campus, as well as within each school (middle vs high school for example) is the same

Generally, your current role will not be offered to someone else while you are in the hiring process for another Aug Prep role

You may apply for multiple jobs by listing each role you are applying for on one application
