Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop our Senior Sales Development team, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous improvement
Track, measure, and report on sales data to inform effective decision-making and strategy adjustments
Promote a culture of sales excellence, ensuring best practices and high performance within the team
Drive the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent and oversee the development and growth of team members
Ensure the proper and effective use of Salesforce for tracking and managing sales activities
Work closely with the Head of Sales to support broader company initiatives and achieve sales goals
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Qualification
Required
3 years of management experience in a lead or manager role with a Sales Development sales team
2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Sales Development or Account Executive role
A track record of exceeding sales quotas
High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication and teamwork
Salesforce experience
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
