This role focuses on safeguarding the company's brands across global marketplaces, managing official storefronts, and optimizing product listings while collaborating with various departments to drive e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities
Monitor global ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba, AliExpress, SHEIN, Flipkart, Mercado Libre, etc.) for counterfeit or unauthorized listings
File and track takedown requests using each platform’s Brand Registry or IP enforcement programs
Develop internal systems and reporting for tracking counterfeit activity by region and product
Collaborate with legal counsel to protect trademarks, copyrights, and brand integrity
Communicate with distributors and partners to ensure legitimate listings are protected and unauthorized ones are removed
Educate internal teams on counterfeit awareness and brand protection best practices
Establish official Walker Tape and Fearless Tape storefronts on approved platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Create and optimize product listings — including descriptions, imagery, SEO, and A+ content
Manage authorized reseller relationships and ensure pricing, content, and inventory accuracy
Analyze sales, traffic, and customer feedback across platforms to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a consistent brand experience
Implement tools and dashboards for tracking performance and brand compliance across marketplaces
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience managing ecommerce marketplaces or brand protection programs
Deep understanding of marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Alibaba, Walmart, etc.)
Experience filing IP complaints and takedown requests
Knowledge of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy management and reseller compliance
Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage global programs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience with ecommerce tools (Helium 10, ChannelAdvisor, Red Points, or similar) is a plus
