Complete service and installation work in a timely manner with an eye for detail

Serve as an essential customer service leader working the parts counter

Stay updated on brand and product knowledge, company information, and industry events

Qualification

Required

A degree or certificate from an accredited motorcycle mechanics trade school or at least 5 years of experience in a dealership Service Department (Harley-Davidson)

A current motorcycle license/endorsement

Strong mechanical background and technical knowledge

Sales or customer service experience

A self-starter mentality delivering outstanding, personalized retail experiences

Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and a desire to be part of the riding community

Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
