Responsibilities

Create positive and memorable customer interactions, in some cases, giving lessons in product use

Warmly greet customers, provide prompt assistance, and offer product recommendations

Keep all customer facing environments clean, organized, and visually appealing

Operate cash registers and process customer payments

Efficiently handle will-call orders

Manage customer waitlists and communicate estimated wait times

Execute store operations tasks including, but not limited to; inventory receiving and processing, ship from store and product restocking

Learn and develop technical product knowledge and expertise

Educate customers about technical elements of our product, ask strategic questions and support customers in getting the best product for their upcoming adventure
