They are seeking an AI Software Engineer to help architect and scale their AI Security Agent systems, playing a crucial role in shaping both the product and the engineering culture. Responsibilities

Post-Train LLM Models using state of the art methods and build out model inference stacks

Strong Understanding of training LLM Models (Reinforcement Learning, Supervised Fine-tuning, DeepSpeed, LoRa, etc..)

Design and build end-to-end applications using modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or custom)

Architect and maintain scalable backend systems (Python, APIs, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes)

Orchestrate reasoning, prompt flows, and memory mechanisms to build reliable AI agents

Integrate AI models into production environments with real users at scale

Write clean, maintainable backend code and build complex features with performance in mind

Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep systems fast and resilient

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

Experience Post-Training LLM Models

Build datasets and pipelines for training and evaluation of LLM Models

Strong software engineering skills with deep Python expertise

Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and AI libraries

Solid knowledge of API design, databases (Postgres), and backend systems

Experience deploying and scaling AI in production

Strong communication skills and proven ability to thrive in small, cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience training and serving LLM models

Background in cybersecurity, web vulnerabilities, or security tools

Prior startup or early-stage experience as a software engineer
