Director, HR Systems Products

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Director of HR Systems Products to lead their HR Transformation Team. This role involves overseeing HR product solutions, managing system configurations, and collaborating with various operational leaders to ensure effective implementation and management of HR systems.

Travel

Responsibilities

Together with the HR Transformation team, this leader builds relationships with all business operational leaders and HR operational COEs, ensuring they always feel supported
Together with the HR Transformation team, this leader builds strong relationships with IT HR
Manages technology project risks and successfully removes barriers or escalates risks/issues to senior leadership as needed
Provides senior leaders with regular reports, status updates, progress etc
Evaluates the work done by the System Product Owners and development team, providing constant feedback, ensuring maximum product value in line with customer expectations and product vision
Analyzes market and industry trends to anticipate stakeholder needs
Manages security and environment management for enterprise HCM solutions, predominantly SAP SuccessFactors
Reviews all technical specifications ensuring appropriate IT build based upon the business requirements
Analyzes support tickets and other data points to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Highly technical, strategic, proactive, and organized
Strong interpersonal skills
12+ years of hands-on HR Systems Management with 3-5 years of people leadership experience
Experience in using AGILE, PMP, or Scrum methodology (or equivalent)
Proven track record of HR System management across a broad range of HR process areas, systems, and workflows including but not limited to: HCM, Case Management, Learning, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, Recruiting, Sourcing, Compensation, and Reward
Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
Skilled in customer facing activities covering data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a team and have strong influencing skills
Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders
Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
Strong judgement and decision-making skills
Experience working with current HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.) as well as legacy solutions
