Responsibilities
Lead $50M–$150M design‑build projects through the entire project life cycle — from concept to closeout — as the single point of accountability to clients and project teams
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology markets
Strengthen and grow relationships with clients (local, regional, national) and other stakeholders by maintaining close alignment on scope, schedule, and budget
Ensure quality and on‑time delivery from design and preconstruction through completion
Foster trust, innovation, and continuous improvement using lessons learned and emerging technologies
Support marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand projects and pursue new work
Qualification
Required
15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment, accountable from early design through construction completion
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks in complex project settings
Demonstrated success delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and within budget
Experience in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation, and leading multidisciplinary teams
Adaptive, collaborative leader skilled at building strong relationships and guiding diverse stakeholder groups toward shared goals
Bachelor's in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (required)
Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states
Ability to travel for project needs, client meetings, and industry events
