Responsibilities
Provide OSI Monarch EMS, ADMS and DERM’s System Deployment, Configuration, Development Support, Display Building and Project Management
Provide ALSTOM/GE EMS, ADMS and DERM’s System Deployment, Configuration, Development Support, Display Building and Project Management EMS, DMS, and Market Systems Integration, development, support and project management
Provide Hitachi ADMS System Deployment, Configuration, Development Support, Display Building and Project Management
Provide EMS Advanced Application (Generation Control, Powerflow, State Estimator, Contingency Analysis)
Have knowledge of ADMS Network Model and Advanced Applications
Have knowledge of DevOps – AWS, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes
Mentor and guide less experienced consultants, offering constructive feedback for performance evaluations
Identify client challenges and business opportunities, effectively communicating insights to management
Maintain a proactive approach to customer needs, welcoming new challenges and sharing innovative solutions
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Deliver high-quality technical content efficiently and meet project deadlines
Promote teamwork and embody the values and vision of Quanta Technology
Stay informed about relevant technical developments and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a relevant technical field
Prior experience with conducting the development, configuration and deployment of an ADMS and EMS platform
A minimum of 5 years deploying ADMS and EMS platforms for a product vendor or have a minimum of 7 years with a utilities IT/OT organization supporting EMS or ADMS platforms
Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive space
Ability to work in a team dynamic
Ethical and professional business manner in interactions with team members and customers
Strong communication skills including technical writing and presentations
Technical skills to execute projects, identify opportunities, and write proposals
Preferred
Real Time System Vendor product certifications
Ability to fluently speak multiple languages is a plus (Spanish preferred)
