Meta is looking for a Privacy and Data Policy manager who is experienced in building products with privacy at their core. The role will focus on policy support for privacy product decisions and lead Meta’s strategy on privacy topics while serving as a subject matter expert on privacy and data protection for Meta’s global policy team.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups of product managers, engineers, public policy and communications specialists, and others to help the company simultaneously address policy, legal, engineering, user interface, business, marketing and other privacy requirements

Engage with external stakeholders to drive conversations around key privacy issues

Present on behalf of Meta regarding privacy issues, including in external meetings and conferences

Build consensus around innovative solutions to privacy in new technologies and contexts

Serve as a strategic advisor to executives
