Responsibilities
Understands Outage Management (OMS) operability, system technology and technology
Can develop industry leading business and operational practices surrounding OMS and its interfaces/systems
Has experience with OMS, planned work, mobility, CIS and GIS
Able to define and develop functional and technical requirements based on users’ business needs
Identify client challenges and business opportunities, effectively communicating insights to management
Maintain a proactive approach to customer needs, welcoming new challenges and sharing innovative solutions
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Deliver high-quality technical content efficiently and meet project deadlines
Promote teamwork and embody the values and vision of Quanta Technology
Stay informed about relevant technical developments and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a relevant technical field
Prior experience with the operation or conducting the development, configuration and deployment of an OMS platform
A minimum of 5 years deploying OMS platforms for a product vendor, or utility's IT/OT organization or have a minimum of 5 years with a utility's operations organization operating an OMS
Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive space
Ability to work in a team dynamic
Ethical and professional business manner in interactions with team members and customers
Strong communication skills including technical writing and presentations
Technical skills to execute projects, identify opportunities, and write proposals
Preferred
Real Time System Vendor product certifications
Ability to fluently speak multiple languages is a plus (Spanish preferred)
