Responsibilities

Support the essential operational tasks that keep our business running - from picking and packing online orders to ensuring merchandise is ready and available for the sales floor

Collaborate closely with your team to meet goals, maintain an organized and efficient environment, and help deliver the exceptional service our customers expect - day or night

Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, taking pride in your role, working collaboratively with your team, and ensuring the stockroom and store are clean, organized, and set up for success

Review priorities, get up to speed on incoming merchandise, and focus on efficiently processing product - so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning

Accurately pick, pack, and process online orders - and ensure merchandise is organized and ready for the sales floor to help create a seamless shopping experience across all channels

Make sure the stockroom is organized, merchandise is processed and ready for the floor, and all tasks are completed with care and attention to detail - setting the store up for a successful day

Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities

Strive to improve every day, take pride in your work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English

Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
