Vice President-Business Unit Leader

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business unit strategy in alignment with companywide initiatives and enterprise objectives
Own full P&L responsibility for the business unit, ensuring revenue, margin, and cost targets are achieved
Lead project delivery teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals
Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, People Operations, Preconstruction, and other enterprise teams to ensure cohesive execution across the organization
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for long-term growth and partnership
Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing leaders who embody Lighthouse’s values and drive results
Oversee risk management, contractual compliance, and adherence to NEC, OSHA, and company standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction or a related industry
Proven record leading a business unit or large division with P&L responsibility exceeding $100M
Deep understanding of project delivery, market growth, and operational efficiency
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Workday, Procore, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
