Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive navigation analysis to support cross-functional decision-making
Define system architecture and requirements
Contribute to the development of flight algorithms
Actively identify innovative technological opportunities that will drive significant enhancements to meet customers' evolving demands
Qualification
Required
PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of science, technology, engineering or related field experience
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Experience implementing algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code
Experience with navigation systems or aerospace applications, including signal processing, Kalman filtering, and navigation algorithm development
Preferred
Experience in professional software development
Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
Previous experience in the aerospace or signal processing industry
Expertise in filtering technologies, such as Kalman Filters
Proficiency in the simulation and analysis of navigation systems
Familiarity with hardware/software integration and real-time operating systems
Track record of developing complex, mission-critical systems successfully delivered to customers
Experience in gathering requirements through effective communication with end users, business teams, and management
