Regional Sales Manager
CGL Consulting Co., Ltd is a global technology leader in the new energy ecosystem, and they are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to expand their U.S. market presence. The role focuses on client acquisition, market penetration, and potentially leading a local sales team in the EV manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close high-value partnerships with OEMs, EV charging network operators, and energy utilities in the U.S
Develop long-term account strategies to drive recurring revenue from existing clients
Lead sales initiatives for our core products, including EV powertrain components, energy storage systems, and grid optimization hardware
Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with regional market demands (e.g., U.S. DOT regulations, state-level renewable incentives)
Mentor and manage a local sales team to achieve quarterly targets
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the U.S. new energy market
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the new energy, automotive, or industrial technology sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
Existing network of contacts in EV manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, or renewable energy developers (critical)
Understanding of EV powertrain systems, battery technologies, or grid-connected energy solutions
Familiarity with standards such as IEC 61850 (grid devices), UL 2580 (battery safety), or SAE J1772 (EV charging)
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches
Preferred
Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication abilities
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
