Responsibilities

Develop integrated digital strategies across social, content, influencer, and paid channels

Lead creative and strategic program development, campaign planning, and digital brand narratives

Stay ahead of platform shifts, trends, tools, and cultural insights to inform recommendations for Agency and to clients

Oversee social content planning, publishing schedules, community management, and content briefs

Manage influencer programs: sourcing, outreach, contracting, briefing, review cycles, and performance tracking

Develop reports and dashboards that translate analytics into actionable insights

Manage digital budgets and ensure alignment with overall account plans

Serve as day-to-day digital lead on assigned accounts

Anticipate needs, deliver proactive recommendations, and lead strategic client conversations

Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with PR, creative, and account teams

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and strategic partners
