Responsibilities
Lead AI-driven power system studies focusing on reliability and resilience planning
Develop and implement advanced AI solutions, especially in the GAI domain, to solve complex industry challenges
Provide high-quality technical content for projects efficiently and timely
Stay abreast of the latest technical developments and integrate them into projects
Write compelling proposals to secure new projects
Apply and further develop project management skills to ensure successful project execution
Leverage Quanta Technology’s synergies and resources to enhance project outcomes
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients at various organizational levels
Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities
Present Quanta Technology’s competencies and offerings to customers, establishing yourself as a trusted expert in AI applications for power systems
Lead and mentor a team of advisors and engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Promote overall Quanta Technology values and vision within the team
Develop and maintain contacts to generate new project opportunities
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field
Minimum of 8 years of experience with demonstrated success in technical leadership, specifically in AI applications for power systems; at least 2 years in cutting edge GAI
Proven track record in AI solution architecture, with a strong emphasis on the GAI domain
Strong technical expertise in the utility industry, supported by project experience, peer-reviewed publications, leadership in technical societies, and/or patents
Exceptional ability to work in a diverse and inclusive space and within a dynamic team environment
Preferred
PhD in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field
Additional relevant certifications or continued education that enhance success in the role
