Responsibilities

Under the guidance of senior colleagues, participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of specific functional modules

Collaborate with the team to improve data pipelines, optimize model inference performance, and enhance monitoring systems through data analysis and real-time monitoring

Proactively identify potential issues and optimization opportunities within the ad delivery system

Actively participate in technical discussions, proactively learn, and experiment with new technologies to solve practical problems

Required

0-3 years of work experience. No prior experience in the advertising industry is also acceptable

Bachelor's degree from top university or a QS Top 100 institution. A background in foundational disciplines such as Architecture, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science is preferred

Strong Learning Ability & Self-Drive: Demonstrated by a stellar academic record and/or significant personal/open-source project contributions that prove your ability to learn new concepts rapidly

Exceptional Logical Thinking: Ability to deconstruct complex problems effectively and reason clearly
