In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team guiding strategy and capacity management in all OCI regions in the Infrastructure space, working closely with executive leadership and various teams to ensure scalability and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

Lead a team guiding strategy and capacity management in all OCI regions in the Infrastructure space
Work closely with executive leadership, sales, finance and data center engineering teams to support global region health
Scope customer requirements and understand supply and delivery requirements
Ensure 100+ regions in the OCI portfolio are scaling appropriately to meet the needs of our ever growing demand
Influence OCI’s long-term strategy and direction and help shape the future of cloud infrastructure

Required

10+ years of experience in product development
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in data center capacity planning
Experience leading teams and managing people
Ability to work closely with executive leadership, sales, finance, and engineering teams
Understanding of hardware, networking, engineering, and data center design
Ability to scope customer requirements and understand supply and delivery requirements
Experience managing capacity for multiple regions
