The Internal Agency Xray Technologist is responsible for responding to critical coverage needs, performing diagnostic Xray procedures, and supporting the training of radiology students.

Responsibilities
Responds to department critical coverage needs throughout the system
Competency in the OR/c-arm procedures and Fluoroscopy sub-sections of the Xray modality requires versatility to cover any need throughout system Diagnostic Radiology departments
Performs Diagnostic Xray procedures consistent with the established standard of medical care in radiology, maintaining high quality imaging and patient welfare as a top priority
Supports didactic training of radiology students through demonstration and constructive guidance
Qualification
Required
Competency in the OR/c-arm procedures and Fluoroscopy sub-sections of the Xray modality
Ability to cover any need throughout system Diagnostic Radiology departments
Performs Diagnostic Xray procedures consistent with the established standard of medical care in radiology
Maintaining high quality imaging and patient welfare as a top priority
Supports didactic training of radiology students through demonstration and constructive guidance
Education: Rad Tech, X-Ray, Imaging Technologist, Diagnostic Imaging, Radiography
