Responsibilities
Maintain all physical aspects of the property
Ensure all service requests are completed within 24 hours
Hire, train, and manage maintenance staff
Supervise outside contractors involved in work on the property
Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes necessary repairs and service requests
Ensure vacant units are made ready for move-ins in a timely manner
Work within the property budget
Maintain hazard communications program and adhere to all safety standards and policies
Serve as 'on call' representative as necessary
Qualification
Required

Minimum 2-3 year experience in property management maintenance experience
