The Full-Stack Software Engineer in AI Automation will design and own LLM-powered internal tools, create TypeScript libraries, and instrument the CI/CD pipeline to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.

Responsibilities
Design and own LLM-powered internal tools—prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines, RL fine-tuning—whatever it takes to boost human velocity
Create TypeScript libraries & CLIs that let any QA/SDET generate deterministic, coverage-driven tests from code contracts, state charts, and interaction recordings
Instrument the CI/CD pipeline to auto-triage failures, de-flake tests, and surface cost/performance metrics
Pair with product squads to embed agents into everyday workflows (e.g., PR reviewers, release-note drafters)
Prototype quickly, measure impact, and iterate weekly—shipping is learning
Uphold security & privacy best practices for all AI data flows
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Computer Science or related field is a plus
2+ years of professional experience in software development using TypeScript, Node.js, React-Native, Playwright, Jest is a plus
Demonstrated experience integrating LLM/ML models (OpenAI, Vertex, Gemini, etc) is a plus
GCP familiarity is a plus; comfort with MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL would be helpful
