Lead Interior Designer
Kennerknecht Design Group is seeking a Full-Time Lead Interior Designer in their Hamilton, MA studio. The role involves managing high-end residential projects from inception through installation, serving as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities
Own the Project Lifecycle: Manage multiple high-end residential projects end-to-end, leading design development, documentation, and client presentations
Lead Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and fabricators, ensuring seamless project execution
Design & Deliver: Scope, plan, and manage project schedules and budgets, including the design and procurement of custom furnishings
Ensure Excellence: Review and submit accurate project documentation that meets design intent and technical standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
5–8+ years of professional experience
Proven track record of end-to-end project management in luxury residential design
Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential
Preferred
Experience with Studio Designer
NCIDQ credentials are a plus
