Senior Sales Development Representative
HomeBoost is transforming the way homeowners and professionals assess and improve energy efficiency. They are seeking a driven Sales Representative to own the expansion of their partner channel, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities
Own partner channel development and day-to-day execution
Manage outreach, relationship building, and sales activities with contractors and channel partners
Execute trade show strategy, including on-the-ground sales and follow-up
Build and refine outreach processes, playbooks, and CRM systems
Support senior leadership with materials and outreach for utility deals, as needed
Maintain and grow strong, lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in contractor services, HVAC, or related industries
Comfortable with significant travel (trade shows, partner visits, industry events)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-starter who can build processes in an early-stage environment with limited structure
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities
Experience with CRMs and sales process tools a plus
