Responsibilities

Own and manage the technical setup and integration process for new customers
Configure data pipelines, write SQL queries, and leverage Python scripts for automation and transformation
Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with product/engineering to resolve them
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them get the most value out of Doowii
Document processes and create customer-facing resources to streamline onboarding and support
Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer needs inform roadmap priorities

Required

Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, transformations)
Working knowledge of Python, especially for scripting and data processing
Experience with APIs, ETL tools, or data integration platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Able to translate technical details into clear guidance for non-technical users
Comfort working directly with customers in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

EdTech or SaaS analytics background
Knowledge of LLM evaluation, vector stores, or semantic layers
