Responsibilities
Dive into metrics around our core flows, set quantitative goals for the team, and drive focused plans against those goals
Dig into details and “go-and-see” how customers are using the product and what their challenges are, and prioritize what Rippling should build to help them
Work with engineers and designers, come up with platform-level capabilities that work for multiple countries and customer segments
Collaborate with other Rippling finance products teams - payroll, risk, payments, compliance, and others to ship major enhancements
Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design, marketing and customer-facing functions to plan, spec, build, and ship new capabilities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, or founding experience
Background in bizops, engineering, or consulting appreciated
Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Thrives in understanding complexity and transforming it into simple user experiences
Deep technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal communication & organizational skills
Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
Relentlessly focused on customers' needs
Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly 'Push the limits of possible', 'Challenge each other', and 'Go and see'
