Responsibilities
Providing daily support to employees and HR partners on USI’s benefits programs
Collaborating with carrier and vendor partners to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
Analyzing benefit utilization, employee feedback, and vendor performance to inform program enhancements
Developing a specialty area (e.g., disability, wellness, healthcare reform) and leading innovation in that space
Developing and delivering engaging, tech-enabled presentations to new hires and employee groups
Supporting our digital benefit enrollment process, life event changes, claims, and account maintenance
Creating and maintaining dynamic, user-friendly content across internal systems and communication channels
Contributing to open enrollment strategy, communications, and post-enrollment recaps using data insights
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Business Administration or HR Management preferred
3–5+ years of direct experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of plan design and compliance
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data to drive decisions
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and benefits administration systems
Excellent communicator with a passion for simplifying complex information
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches
Committed to delivering exceptional service and protecting employee confidentiality
Preferred
Experience with UKG a plus
