Responsibilities
Source & explore new companies across industries you care about
Spend time with exceptional founders and help our team decide where we should lean in
Conduct deep research on technology, markets, and companies
Support Accel portfolio companies on operational & strategic initiatives
Learn the inner workings of venture, with the mentorship and training of Accel’s investment team
Qualification
Required
Exceptional interpersonal skills & a proven ability to communicate and collaborate with many types of people
Creativity & curiosity
Passion for technology, as evidenced by personal projects and/or academic interests
Comfort in fast-moving, unstructured environments where you'll need to take initiative
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
This role is available to current juniors only
Preferred
Candidates who have spent time in engineering / technical work environments and are excited to apply this experience to a new domain (investing)
