Task Lead, Program Operations
Guidehouse is seeking a Program Operations Task Lead to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This role involves leading program delivery tasks, ensuring quality deliverables, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication and data integrity.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical projects or programs associated with data linkage production activities of significant size and complexity associated with data linkage production activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and oversee stakeholder management activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders
Disseminate program efforts to identified stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective delivery of essential program information
Communicate clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written formats, maintaining professionalism in all interactions
May oversee multiple program managers and/or project managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
At least FIVE (5) years of technical experience, including at least TWO (2) years as a Task Lead on comparable projects
Must show sufficient technical understanding of linkage production activities to manage the team and perform other key responsibilities
Demonstrated experience successfully leading technically focused teams
Shall possess a sufficient background to oversee stakeholder management, data governance, technical assistance and program dissemination
Must possess a current professional certification relevant to program operations duties, such as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certification, or similar
Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Preferred
Experience with federal program operations and compliance requirements would be valuable
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Previous experience with the NIH or other government entity (Federal or State) would be beneficial
