Responsibilities
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise throughout the implementation phase
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing clear guidance and updates
Maintain and create thorough documentation of the implementation process, including custom configurations, issues, solutions and any other important aspects that would be helpful for successful implementation
Collaborate with development, QA, and product management teams to surface and execute opportunities to streamline client integration and reduce overall time to go live
Provide feedback on product enhancements, feature requests, and operational improvements based on client interactions and implementation experiences
Provide training to clients and other implementation team members on the use and maintenance of the implemented solutions, ensuring they are equipped to fully utilize the product
Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of our products or solutions for new and existing clients
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommending customized solutions to meet their business needs and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field,; or equivalent experience
Proven experience in an implementation or technical support role in SaaS
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
Experience utilizing Salesforce for project tracking and issue resolution
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
Preferred
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
