Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across Tier 1 markets
Track and optimize key metrics — CAC, LTV, ROI — and directly influence revenue growth
Build and improve automated workflows for campaign management, creative testing, and reporting
Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, and Product teams
Proactively suggest and test new hypotheses to push performance forward
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in performance marketing and hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
Think analytically and structurally, and know how to turn data into action
Bring a test-and-learn mindset, move fast, and thrive in fast-moving teams
Have B2+ English, comfortable working across English-speaking markets
Have mix of creativity and logic — you can brainstorm a bold ad angle and calculate CAC within the same breath
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Airtable, Amplitude, AppsFlyer
Experience in Tier 1 markets: US, UK, Canada, Australia
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM
Prior experience in fast-growing B2C startups
