Responsibilities
Translate novel LLM capabilities into understandable, intuitive and performant end-user experiences
Work directly with customers to solve their problems
Build integration and product infrastructure for LLMs
Evolve schemas and bring structure to non-deterministic outputs
Lead customer calls and own customer outcomes
Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and other founding members and mature our engineering practice
Tackle technical and non-technical scaling problems that come with high growth
Hire, onboard, and nurture future teammates
Qualification
Required
Experience in software development and scaling core platforms
Ability to translate novel LLM capabilities into understandable, intuitive and performant end-user experiences
Experience working directly with customers to solve their problems
Ability to build integration and product infrastructure for LLMs
Experience evolving schemas and bringing structure to non-deterministic outputs
Experience leading customer calls and owning customer outcomes
Ability to tackle technical and non-technical scaling problems
Experience hiring, onboarding, and nurturing future teammates
Proficiency in NextJS, Node, Postgres, and Typescript
Strong customer curiosity and motivation to engage with and solve customer problems
Experience working in a fast-growing B2B startup environment
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work without explicit direction
Strong communication skills and comfort with sharing feedback and product ideas
Preferred
Experience building fintech or enterprise software products for large customers
