Responsibilities

Accountable for all aspects of program delivery

May oversee multiple program managers and/or project managers

Are accountable for providing on-time, quality deliverables that meet SOW objectives while achieving satisfactory-to-superior customer satisfaction ratings

Understand and manage key activities such as linkage production activities, technical and security matters related to privacy-preserving record linkage (PPRL) and matching automation

Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and Program stakeholders

Required

Ph.D. in computer science, bioinformatics, or a closely related field

At least SIX (6) years' technical experience managing Federal contracts

Demonstratable knowledge of record linkage methodologies, such as probabilistic and deterministic, across datasets

Demonstratable knowledge of common artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) methods

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
