New GradUSI Insurance Services is offering a Commercial Insurance Career Track Program designed for new associates. Participants will undergo an intensive 18-month training program while gaining practical experience in the insurance industry with mentorship from experts.

Responsibilities
Receive intensive training and career development from a structured, 18-month curriculum
Gain practical experience helping local employers with their insurance needs with mentorship support from regional and national industry experts
Learn the USI process, developed from over 500,000 client experiences and industry best practices
Understand foundational insurance coverages, program design, and risk management strategies in preparation for obtaining your brokers’ license
Learn the role of an insurance broker and current industry challenges
Develop effective negotiation and client-advocacy skills, and the ability to provide proactive, consultative service
Participate in over 1,300 hours of formalized training sessions and practical hands-on work experience
Engage in training that includes 100% training in the first three months, transitioning to fieldwork in subsequent months
Build networking and relationship-building skills
Complete various projects and assignments, including managing risk projects and participating in newsgroup discussions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree achieved between Spring '25 and Spring '26
Commitment to continuous learning and development
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
