Responsibilities

Learn then lead USI’s proprietary One Advantage Platform, to include: Omni: Proprietary, real time, interactive intranet-based client solutions Network: Vast experienced local resources, networked nationally Enterprise: Combining Omni Solutions with the Network for comprehensive results

Drive profitable organic revenue growth through client retention and new business

Partner with local in-house recruiting team to source, recruit, hire and train producers/brokers

Partner with operations team to ensure the highest level of client solutions and satisfaction

Create positive collaboration to drive a robust cross sell process

Run huddle meetings to 1) prepare for new business appointments 2) keep existing clients

Join producers on new business appointments

Ensure producers maintain robust pipelines with quality prospects

Develop positive carrier relationships
