ProVets Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Junior Contract Specialist to provide governmental acquisition support services for current and potential government clients. This role involves supporting procurement teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award activities.

Responsibilities

Assist with acquisition planning, strategy development, and market research

Draft and prepare contractual documents including solicitations, awards, modifications, and close-out documentation using Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS)

Support development of Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)

Conduct compliance reviews for acquisition documents and forms

Perform cost/price analysis, create reports, and assist with contract administration

Monitor Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs) to ensure services meet contract requirements

Research and resolve open obligations/undelivered orders (UDO) for closeout

Provide advisory support to technical experts and stakeholders throughout the procurement process
