Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and account issues
Assist with account openings, transactions, and maintenance
Process transactions and maintain client records in line with compliance standards
Educate clients on financial products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Stay updated on industry regulations and maintain FINRA licensure
Qualification
Required
FINRA Series 65 license
Experience in a client service role, preferably in financial services
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
Familiarity with investment products and financial regulations
