7+ years expSIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Flex PLM Development Lead to manage and lead complex FlexPLM implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FlexPLM architecture and system administration, overseeing a team and driving technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions
Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and performance
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams
Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Lead the design and architecture of FlexPLM solutions for new implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Define system landscape, integration points (ERP, CAD, PLM, DAM, PIM, etc.), and data flow across enterprise systems
Provide technical oversight during solution development, customization, and deployment
Qualification
Required
PTC FlexPLM (4-6 Years): Expert level proficiency, deep knowledge required for design/architecture/leadership
FlexPLM Infrastructure/System Admin: Expertise in rehosting, cloning, cluster environment setup, upgrade, and monitoring
FlexPLM Integration: Experience defining system landscape, integration points, and data flow with systems like ERP, CAD, PLM, DAM, PIM
The ideal candidate is an expert-level FlexPLM Development Lead with 7-10 years of experience, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science
Deep technical background in FlexPLM architecture, system administration, and large-scale integrations
Experience in the Retail/Apparel industry is a plus
Manage a team, lead solution design, and drive technical oversight for complex FlexPLM implementations and upgrades
PTC FlexPLM: Expert proficiency (4-6 Years experience listed; 7-10 years total experience needed for role)
FlexPLM infra / system admin exp: Must include rehosting, cloning, cluster environment setup, upgrade, and monitoring
FlexPLM upgrade and system administration experience
Integration experience: Integrating FlexPLM with ERP, PLM, CAD, PIM, or DAM systems
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Java Spring
Advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance
Retail/Apparel industry experience
