Confidential is an established and growing industrial services organization, seeking a General Manager Operations to lead one of its strategic operations in Southeastern Texas. This leadership role is responsible for managing full P&L operations, driving growth, and enhancing performance in a business with key ties to inspection services, energy sector, and an emerging focus on industrial manufacturing and energy services.

Responsibilities

Lead and sustain a safety-driven culture in a dynamic industrial setting

Own and deliver annual financial commitments, including EBITDA, working capital, and revenue targets

Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team, including senior managers, technical specialists, and operational staff

Drive operational excellence through lean practices and continuous improvement

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow presence in Industrial Manufacturing & Energy Services markets

Guide capital planning, budget execution, and facility management

Attract, develop, and retain talent to build a high-performing and engaged workforce

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder in Safety, Quality, Finance, HR, and Service Excellence

Champion a customer-centric approach, improving service delivery and satisfaction

Establish and develop new customer relationships while fostering current relationships, contributing to the growth of the organization
