Responsibilities
Create detailed product drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD
Evaluate project requirements, materials, and labor to produce accurate cost estimates
Work closely with sales and operations to develop custom solutions that optimize cost, performance, and manufacturability
Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage orders from start to finish
Develop and refine products, processes, and layouts that improve client performance and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience or education in design, sales, or industrial engineering (degree helpful but not required)
AutoCAD proficiency
Strong analytical or mathematical ability
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects at once
A genuine curiosity to learn and the drive to solve problems creatively
Solid communication skills — you're clear, approachable, and professional (not pushy)
Must be located in St. Louis, MO
Preferred
Experience in structural or mechanical design
Experience in cost estimating or materials analysis
Experience with CRM or Microsoft Excel
Experience in warehousing or material-handling industries
