Provide direct support for daily activities and therapeutic interventions
Manage crisis situations and assist in de-escalating conflicts
Document patient progress and share updates with the healthcare team
Facilitate or assist in group and individual therapeutic activities

Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Tuberculosis Screening (Last 6 Months)
Physical Attestation / Physician completed
CPR/ First Aid
High School Diploma / GED / College degree / College transcripts
