Responsibilities

Own the customer experience internally and externally acting as a conduit between AgentSync’s Professional Services, Product, and Executive teams and the customer’s organization
Build and cultivate deep, trusted, and transparent relationships across all levels of the customer’s organization, exceeding their expectations during every phase of the customer lifecycle
Partner with internal teams to execute a consistent delivery motion, while also driving prioritization of customer needs to ensure they are balanced within our strategic product roadmap
Communicate clearly and accurately with the customer’s Executive leadership regarding our partnership, their measurable success, and any risks that could impact their business
Map the customer’s organization and build a comprehensive account plan that highlights opportunities and key stakeholders who impact how we progress our partnership

Required

10+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success experience owning a book of business made up of large Enterprise & Strategic-level customers, preferably in a dedicated structure with fewer than five customers in your portfolio
5+ years demonstrated experience working with complex Enterprise solutions requiring close collaboration with Professional Services teams
Demonstrated experience working with VP and above stakeholders in insurance, financial services, compliance, or legal industries
Natural problem-solver, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity and able to both delve into the details and operational tactics and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred

Deep understanding of Salesforce and the broader Salesforce ecosystem
Domain Knowledge: experience in Insurtech, financial services, or other relevant industries
Prior experience supporting singular customers in an embedded capacity for large, matrixed organizations
